Going into classes for deliveries is complicated, so the google form to collect orders needs to be comprehensive. This information is based on experience from Valentine’s Day deliveries in 2021. Not many projects require in-class deliveries, but if they do, you need to be organized.

  1. Make sure you collect everything you need on the order form in order to complete the deliveries, such as:

    1. Last Name

    2. First Name

    3. Preferred First Name

    4. Grade

    5. WP teacher last name

      1. if the recipient isn’t filling this out for themselves, the sender may not know. Make this question optional, and consider indicating that it’s fine if the sender doesn’t know

      2. or other classes if that’s where you’re delivering

      3. consider asking for WP room #

Also, keep in mind that not every student is at WAHS full time. Most likely, the number of students at Center One, CATEC, and other high schools will only increase each year. Here is a sample google form to figure out when part time students or students with a release are at WAHS. It's not flawless, but it will give you a good idea of when students are not at Western.
